Sam O. In reply to AFSkier's post on January 3, Was there a solution to this? Tim Loomis. In reply to Sam O's post on September 20, Has anyone found one yet? I am switching over from Maximizer because they are now charging monthly like all the other CRM's out there but I don't use it enough to justify the expense.
In reply to Tim Loomis's post on September 2, In reply to theDBguy's post on September 2, Yep, there are lots of guys creating templates for Access, the only problem is they charge quite a bit for them and lock them , or now the big thing that Adobe started is "pay me by the month", which I'm not going to do. That's what Maximizer decided to do. I would still by Maximizer but they don't even offer a stand alone system anymore. Rather start with a good template someone or Microsoft has that I could build on that I don't have to start from scratch.

We are essentially looking for some way of being able to access a server over the internet. But unsure of the best way to do this. Or am I totally off the mark!! Please don't piggyback your question on another thread. Use the Participate link above to start your own thread. If you want to ask about Access as a CRM vs the cloud feel free to do s and I'm sure you will get many opinions.

So I wonder at your agenda here. This forum is for question about using Access. You are clearly trying to convince that Access is not a suitable solution in this case. Which would appear to be inappropriate for this forum. If anyone can expand on the potential for setting up access to log incoming and outgoing emails, that would be great. Please could you advise on any solutions to this problem. I have the same question 3. What are they looking for? Assign tasks 5. Custom reports 6. Auto email.

Hello, we do not have any youtube videos out at this time. However we are preparing to release a few instructional videos in the near future. I have used this type of crm in other companies so i know generally it will do what I need it to. However a few questions I have if you could answer would be amazing. Do you have an online portal that can be used by a company rather then it being downloaded? So multiple users can log in from different locations remotely without having a server?
Also these databases can generally be exported so everything can be downloaded off them — is their anyway I can block a user from being able to export it?
I would want non of my staff to be able to export it only myself and any directors if required. Hi Nancy, Microsoft is continually updating, adding and removing templates so this one has more than likely been removed. Feel free to contact us by email at info arkware.

Step 3: Make Adjustments The neat thing about Access templates is that you can customize them to fit your needs without having to start from scratch.
Step 4: Review Relationships Not only do you have to review the tables and forms but also the relationships between tables.
