If you have a Mac problem you need to call Alan. This was a complex job given the multiple locations and libraries. Alan came to my house right on time, and worked his magic. He was professional, courteous, communicative and reasonable. He asked very good questions to understand exactly what I wanted to accomplish and asked me follow up questions as necessary. When he was done, I had my new iMac with 15 years of files where they belonged.

Don't replace your Mac, better call Saul, sorry I meant Alan His disposition is calming and I stopped freaking out almost immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable, very fair price wise, and doesn't do that annoying conversation during silences.
He is not judge mental, in fact he never flinched I'm going to hell for the things I think he saw. He is definitely a permanent fix in my life as far as computer freak out goes.
